By using Yogaboomi you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. These terms are governed by Indian law.
Yogaboomi is a SaaS platform for solo yoga teachers in India. It helps teachers manage their students, schedule, and income — and helps students discover and connect with teachers through a public directory.
The platform is operated from India. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (₹) and governed by Indian law.
To use Yogaboomi you must be at least 18 years old · be a resident of India or operate as a yoga teacher serving students in India · provide accurate information when creating your account · not have been previously suspended from the platform.
By using Yogaboomi, you represent that you meet these requirements.
When you sign up as a teacher, you get a public profile on the Yogaboomi directory. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure · ensuring all profile information (qualifications, experience, pricing) is accurate · all activity that happens under your account · responding to student enquiries professionally.
One account per teacher. You may not create multiple accounts. Each profile must represent a real, individual yoga teacher.
We review new profiles before they go live. We reserve the right to reject or remove profiles that are incomplete, misleading, or do not align with the platform's purpose.
Students can browse the directory and send enquiries to teachers without creating an account. Your contact information is shared only with the specific teacher you message — not published publicly.
You agree not to send spam or unsolicited messages to teachers through the platform.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.
We offer a 7-day refund on your first payment if you are unsatisfied with the platform. Write to hello@yogaboomi.com within 7 days of your first charge with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges — you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
You are responsible for all content you publish on your Yogaboomi profile. You agree not to: publish false or misleading information · impersonate another person · upload copyrighted content you don't have rights to · use the platform for any illegal purpose.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
Yogaboomi is a platform connecting teachers and students — we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any yoga classes or services provided by teachers listed on the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
