The short version: We collect only what we need to run Yogaboomi. We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
If you're a yoga teacher: Name, email address, WhatsApp number, profile information you enter (bio, certifications, location, photos), YouTube channel URL, payment and billing information for paid plans.
If you're a student using the directory: Name and phone/email when you send an enquiry to a teacher. Search queries (not linked to your identity).
Automatically collected: Browser type, device type, pages visited, IP address (used for security, not stored long-term).
We use your data only to run the platform and improve it. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Specifically: to create and display your public teacher profile · to send transactional emails (account setup, enquiries, billing) · to send WhatsApp messages related to your account (with your consent) · to process payments · to let students discover and contact you via the directory · to improve platform features based on usage patterns.
We never sell your data. We don't run ads on Yogaboomi and we never share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
We use a small set of trusted services to run the platform: Brevo (transactional email) · Razorpay (payment processing — we never see your card details) · AWS (hosting, data stored in India where possible).
We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.
We use WhatsApp to send account-related messages — such as signup confirmation, enquiry alerts from students, and platform updates.
By providing your WhatsApp number during signup, you consent to receiving these messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or writing to us at hello@yogaboomi.com.
Paid plans are processed through Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. We store only the outcome of your transaction. Your card number, UPI ID, or bank account details are never seen or stored by us.

You have full control over your data on Yogaboomi: you can edit or delete your profile at any time from your dashboard · you can request a full export of all data we hold about you · you can request account deletion — we will permanently delete all your data within 30 days.

We use only essential cookies required to run the platform (authentication session cookie). We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
If we add any non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you via email and update the 'Last updated' date at the top. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
