We review and approve new teacher profiles within 24 hours of submission. You'll get a WhatsApp message once you're live.
Can I change my plan after signing up? +
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
How do students contact me? +
Students send an enquiry through your profile page. You'll be notified by email with their name, phone, and message.
How do I request a refund? +
Write to hello@yogaboomi.com within 7 days of your first payment with "Refund Request" in the subject. See our Terms of Service for details.
Is my profile visible immediately? +
Your profile goes into review after you complete the builder. It becomes publicly visible once we approve it, usually within 24 hours.
