Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching yoga online, guiding individuals through therapeutic yoga, prenatal wellness, breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement. My approach combines traditional yogic wisdom with a compassionate, personalized teaching style, helping each student build strength, improve mobility, reduce stress, and cultivate lasting inner balance.

How do I pay?

Payment is collected after your enrolment is confirmed. Monthly fees start from Rs.2,500. UPI, cash, and bank transfer are all accepted.
