Namaste! I am a qualified Yoga teacher with a BA and MA in Yoga, YCB Level 3 certification, and over one year of experience in Yoga teaching and therapeutic Yoga.
My teaching style is simple, friendly, and student-focused. I teach in Hindi so that students can easily understand and follow each practice. My sessions include Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, flexibility exercises, and relaxation techniques.
I also have experience working with people facing different health challenges and help students practise Yoga according to their individual needs and comfort levels.
My goal is to make Yoga simple, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone, especially beginners. I believe Yoga is not just exercise but a way to improve overall well-being and develop a balanced lifestyle.

How do I pay?

Payment is collected after your enrolment is confirmed. Monthly fees start from Rs.7,000. UPI, cash, and bank transfer are all accepted.
I'm a complete beginner. Is that okay?
