I’m Yogacharya Surendra Pant, an international yoga instructor with 10+ years of experience and a Master’s in Yoga from Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar.
My journey with yoga is not just about teaching asanas—it is about understanding the person behind the problem. I observe each student individually and design yoga practices according to their body, lifestyle, abilities and needs.
Through Sunshine Yoga, I bring traditional yogic wisdom into modern life, helping people work towards better physical fitness, mental balance, stress management and overall wellbeing.
My belief is simple:

How many students are in a batch?

Batches are kept small, maximum 10 students per session. This ensures personal attention for every student.
What languages do you teach in?

Classes are conducted in English, Hindi, Punjabi.
How do I pay?

Payment is collected after your enrolment is confirmed. Monthly fees start from Rs.3,000. UPI, cash, and bank transfer are all accepted.
I'm a complete beginner. Is that okay?

Sunshine welcomes students of all levels. Beginners are guided carefully from the basics. No prior experience is needed.
