Hi, I'm Pramitha, founder of Niramaya Yoga Classes.
Yoga has become a way of life for me, and I believe it should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or experience. My classes focus on building strength, improving flexibility, enhancing balance, and creating inner calm through mindful movement and breath.
I teach with patience and personal attention, ensuring every student progresses safely at their own pace. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice, my goal is to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to yourself.

Is a trial class available?

Yes, the first class is completely free. No payment, no commitment. Just send a message to book your spot.
How many students are in a batch?

Batches are kept small, maximum 10 students per session. This ensures personal attention for every student.
What languages do you teach in?

Classes are conducted in English, Kannada.
How do I pay?

Payment is collected after your enrolment is confirmed. Monthly fees start from Rs.1,000. UPI, cash, and bank transfer are all accepted.
I'm a complete beginner. Is that okay?

Pramitha welcomes students of all levels. Beginners are guided carefully from the basics. No prior experience is needed.
