Hello! I'm Geetha, a yoga instructor passionate about helping people build strength, flexibility, and inner peace through traditional yoga. My classes include Yoga Asanas, Surya Namaskar, Pranayama, Meditation, Mudgar training, and breathing exercises. I focus on proper alignment, gradual progress, and creating a supportive environment for beginners and all fitness levels. My goal is to help every student improve their physical health, mental well-being, and confidence through consistent practice.

How many students are in a batch?

Batches are kept small, maximum 10 students per session. This ensures personal attention for every student.
What languages do you teach in?

Classes are conducted in English, Kannada, Telugu.
How do I pay?

Payment is collected after your enrolment is confirmed. Monthly fees start from Rs.500. UPI, cash, and bank transfer are all accepted.
I'm a complete beginner. Is that okay?

Geetha welcomes students of all levels. Beginners are guided carefully from the basics. No prior experience is needed.
