I teach Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga, and yoga is not just my profession — it’s my passion and my way of life.

What I truly love about yoga is that it is for everyone. No matter your age, gender, height, or weight — anyone can practice yoga and transform their life.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to help many people feel healthier and happier. Some lost weight, some found relief from insomnia, diabetes, back pain, knee pain, headaches, migraines, and many other physical and mental struggles.

Seeing people heal, grow, and smile again is the most beautiful part of my journey. I love teaching, guiding, and supporting people through yoga.
