Postgraduate in Yoga Science & Therapy Management with 5+ years of experience across gyms and yoga studios. Currently a Yoga Teacher at Delhi World Public School, I also conduct yoga workshops and wellness sessions at Hindustan Zinc.
My approach combines traditional yoga with modern, goal-oriented practices, focusing on strength, flexibility, mobility, mindful breathing, stress management, and overall well-being.
